Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC) Chairman for Kwakwani, Court Simon, on Wednesday received 800 food hampers from the Civil Defence Commission (CDC). It was noted that the supplies are part of an ongoing effort to aid the flood affected residents of that community.
It was revealed that the CDC Commission, along with other Government agencies, are monitoring the country during this rainy season for flood impacts.
