Body of drowned teen recovered

The body of the 15-year-old male who went missing after swimming at Blue Lake, Wisroc
Wismar, Linden was recovered. The body was recovered by several relatives and residents who
formed a search party earlier today.
The dead lad is a student of the Wisburg Secondary School. He reportedly had drowned on
Saturday at about 17:30h.
According to police, at about 16:30h the teen, who resided at Prosville, Wismar Linden left his
home with his 17-year-old sister and other relatives to swim at the Lake. While he was in the
water “he encountered difficulties and subsequently submerged.
Attempts were made by a relative to rescue the teen but were unsuccessful. The police stated that
investigations are continuing.
